Beau
Spencer was reared in Annawan (and no it's Atkinson, not Annawan, that
is home to the big adult book store). I am an Annawan High School alum,
class of 2000, Go Braves! I began my radio career at the former WHHK in
Galva, IL and WGEN in Geneseo, IL in 2001. I moved to Macomb in 2003 and
have been at Radio Macomb ever since. Co-hosting the morning show with
Chris Smith on K100 for 3 years were the best times I've had in radio.
Blowing up stuff in a microwave, Cooking With Beau, Dressing up in costumes,
and hitting the local karaoke scene (which I still make an appearance
every now & then). I am the Radio Macomb Sports Director and am in
charge of scheduling all sports broadcasts for our 4 stations and help
out other stations within our company with games. Outside of radio, I
am a site author for Illinois
High School Glory Days. I also enjoy sports, the Chicago Cubs, and
DA Bears. You can catch me on the WLMD Morning Show weekdays from 6-10
and on K100 from 3-8..
